$200 per square foot & up.
A two story addition would generally include the same scope and finishes as descibed above. The simpler the design, the less it will cost. The more complex the design, the more it will cost. There are some inherent cost savings intwo story addition where the spaces share a foundation and a roof. To calculate approximate costs, add the total square footage of each floor together.
