A minor Kitchen remodel may include new stock or semi-custom cabinets installed in the same general layout as was existing. New granite countertops, tile backsplash and replacing your sink and faucet. Minor electrical upgrades may include new under cabinet lighting and updated, code compliant outlets. All new lighting would be additional. Refinished hardwood flooring, new mid range appliances. The existing walls and ceiling would remain.
