Basic Room Addition

$175-$250 per square foot & up.
A single room addition, build on a crawl space on a relatively flat site. Minimal electrical grading, no plumbing, fiber cement siding, drywall interior, paint, 30 year shingles, gutters, mid grade windows and doors, easy tie-in to existing house, hardwood or carpet flooring, tie into existing HVAC system. As a rule of thumb, the larger and more open the space, the less it will cost per sf.
